Wonders of Yunnan did an excellent job with our tour. I was travelling in Yunnan with my two parents for a bit more than a week. Christy,who took care of us, is really nice and professional. She was very patient with us, even if we changed our plans several times. She was quick to answer and bent over backwards to fulfil our expectations. We had a very good experience with Wonders of Yunnan, we felt that they were offering us what was best for us and that they were honest about all the options we had. They are nothing like some tour agencies in China that will do anything to make you pay things you don't need or make you buy options that are more expensive.

Everyone tells you how efficient this team is - We were helped by Christy Huang. During the trip everything was going to plan perfectly - our arrangements were all booked. Our guides David in Lijiang and Tyson in Shangri-La were wonderful (ask for them both when planning your trip) Then we had problems - at the very end of our trip our plane from Shangri-La was delayed, we missed our connection in Kunming to Hong Kong. We missed our international connection to Australia. The chinese airlines said not their problem. Tyson returned to the airport on his own time to find us and tell us what we would need to do. Christy made it her problem to fix. On a Sunday night, from home with a variable internet connection, they took charge and helped to find us a hotel, made new airline bookings. We were delayed a day but thanks to Wonders of Yunnan navigating our way through things was no problem. That sort of service beats everything hands down. Thanks Wonders of Yunnan!

They always try to find the best price for us so we save money. Staff is very responsive and replies my email and concerns. I am willing to book more custom tour from Woy for the near future. Tour guides speak English very well and generally very passionate about their job, flexible and always give us options.
