Following up our small series of Kunming airport shuttle articles, we today complete it with the bus routes of Airport Bus 919. It's the cheapest way to get from the airport into town or the other way around. Look for the big white coaches outside the arrival hall!

We reported about the airport shuttle buses the other day. At twelve of their bus stations it is now possible to check-in for one's flight already prior to arriving at the airport. Receive your boarding pass at one of the stations first and skip the procedure at the airport!

At Kunming Changshui International Airport, choosing a shuttle bus to get transfered to Kunming's downtown or vice versa would be a cheap and relatively quick way. There are 2 different companies offering shuttles. Today: The Airport Express.

In order to facilitate the international visitors' short stay in China, the relatively new 72-hour visa free transit policy is carried out in more and more cities, since October 2014 also in Kunming!

Construction of Ninglang Lugu Lake Airport (宁蒗泸沽湖机场) has finished, and the airport was put into operation in October of 2015. It is now serving Ninglang Yi Autonomous County and Lugu Lake (泸沽湖).
