Since 2011, the Certificate of Excellence award is given each spring to hospitality businesses that have a consistently great service and excellent reviews from guests on TripAdvisor.com, the world’s largest travel site. This award is presented to about 10% of the total businesses on TripAdvisor, so it is a great privilege!
“TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2019 Certificate of Excellence, which for nearly a decade has celebrated businesses that have consistently received positive ratings from travellers and diners on the world’s largest travel platform,” said Neela Pal, Vice President of Brand, TripAdvisor. “This recognition allows us to publicly recognize businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help travellers confidently experience the most highly reviewed places to eat, stay, and explore.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 1-year period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
We want to thank all our guests who posted reviews on TripAdvisor over the past years and took the time to give us constructive feedback. We could not have gotten to where we are now without you, and it is because of you that we received this honourable award! We put a high value on customer service, and we feel that this reward is a real praise and recognition for our hard work as well. Thank you!
