Of course there are all sorts of hotels throughout the country. Due to the different kind of service, quality, price and style but often same star rating we subdivide the accommodation in Yunnan into our own categories: Economy, Comfort, Comfort Plus and Luxury. Furthermore, upper class boutique hotels, backpacker's hostels and budget guesthouses are available at tourist hotspots and increasingly also outside of the tourist mainstream.

Please note:

• Most hotels and guesthouses provide convenient internet service either for a reasonable fee or free of charge.
• Electricity in China and its hotels is standardized to 220 V. For electric devices running on less Volts (e.g. 110 V) a power converter is needed. Sockets are usually usable for two different plug types: the 2 prong straight sockets (USA style) and the 3 prong angled sockets (Australia style). The 2 prong straight sockets can also be used by the round European style plugs. The bad quality of some socket-outlets sometimes prevent a correct fitting though so if you want to make sure that you can charge your phone or laptop with the original cable, bring a plug adapter or buy one on site.

We only offer hotels that we know and provide quality product that is worth its money.
